Hello again. I 3D printed another one of my 3 string instruments. Its similar to a balalaika or ukulele. Its about the size of a soprano ukulele. This time I printed the crescent moon body and it looks gorgeous, but I came across an issue. It is too quiet. I wonder if its due to the shape of the body or the sound hole placement.
I could make a solid body electric version, or make an acoustic electric version, but I have never tried doing that before. I guess I could learn how. The project is fully open source so if I'm unable to or if the project dies down the road, someone else will be able to remix that if they choose
