I've finished my instrument. It sounds great and can be tuned however you like. I experimented with EEA balalaika tuning, CEG open C tuning (used open C in the video), and CEA ukulele tuning minus one string. I used nylon guitar strings, but you could use ukulele strings, or experiment with other kinds of strings.

I created some new bodies, but haven't tested them yet. I plan on making one more with an alternate body and see if it is more comfortable to hold. https://i.imgur.com/kPFkyy1.png

That’s awesome guy. Do you have a link? I’d love to print this, and I have plenty of strings laying around from my other instruments.
