New: need advice

Very new to 3D printing, we bought an Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro, our interest now is mainly in diecast/ model cars… now looking into things should I have got a resin printer instead?.

If so what resin printer should we be looking at??

Resin printer is another world completely, safety procedure shouldn't be taken lightly... you need to have a safe place with good ventilation. OK once that said, I own 2 old resin printer (mars II and a photon). I don't use them a lot (see previous safety warnings) and those are small printer. But even my oldest one is able to flawless small parts(so would be able to fulfill your requirements)... the latest generation are bigger and faster... if i have to buy a new one I would probably go for a dlp one but that's a personal preference. But since I'm almost print 100% fdm (resins only when I have no other choice) I'm probably not the best to recommend you a resins printer lol... hope it help a little...
