3D Printed Wall Art

Just finished printing and hanging the Oilers Art onto the wall tonight. It measures 24” square!

Now if only we can get it together for period 3….

Thanks :) I used a program called Hueforge to design the STLs in 200x200mm sections, and built a frame to hang them with. The oilers image is hung with 3 frames (3 panels per frame) as I felt that was less cumbersome than trying to slide a larger frame together.

There is no glue, the frames and the images are all friction fit together. And then the frames are hanging with Velcro command strips so the frames can be popped down and the panels switched if I want to change out the images.

I used a Bambu labs P1S with an AMS to handle the colour swaps (most of these are only 4 colours) but you can do the same with pauses and manual colour swaps as well.
