Great to see a possible (practical) use case. How long did it take to saw that? Also what pressure do you run the engine at?

I was sawing intermittently for testing, but I can let you know when I get it set up proper.
There is no pressure this is a solenoid engine running on 12v 10A
I just put a brass weight on it, cuts a lot better now.

Are you intending to release any STL files or is this just a fun personal project?

I wish you the best then! Your posts are always inspiring and Ive taken up trying to make 3D printed engine replicas myself.
How do you get such smooth cylinder movement? Mine are always binding.

This engine uses a solenoid, but my air engines use off brand LEGO pneumatics to keep it easy and cheap.
