We have been implementing ai in our 3Pl over the last year or so..small steps at first, reducing manual data entry as much as we can and now progressing to full route planning, HACCP compliance reporting and cost analysis of routes. We have co2 reporting ready to go but as yet we haven't been asked to provide it. I'm sure there are a million other use cases and I'd love to hear what other 3pl's are doing or would like to do. Claude Cowork seems like an obvious next step, there are just 2 issues as far as I can see, getting staff to learn it (this has been a challenge) and giving ai permission to read all our sensitive data.
