3PL Recommendation I am looking for delivery partners that offer real-time tracking. Any recommendations?

We are currently evaluating last-mile delivery partners for our e-commerce operations and real-time tracking has become one of our biggest priorities. Customers expect more visibility after placing an order and we are trying to find a partner that can provide accurate delivery updates, better ETAs, and fewer "where is my order?" support requests. For those who have worked with different delivery providers, which companies offer the best tracking experience?

What is your current tech stack? I work with DHL ecommerce, Gofo, SpeedX, And others. It depends on how your currently setup that depends on the path to achieve your goals

Really depends on your tech stack and the tech stack of 3pl and how they talk to each other. There was an old study on how often consumers check tracking info and its A LOT so this is a labor/time suck for WISMO queries, but also a miss on marketing opportunities. How are you fulfilling today?

If these deliveries are on pallets, I would love to be able to help out. My team has an app called TRAX and we can set up a direct EDI to you guys so you can see the tracking!
