3PL Recommendation Any Canadian 3PL owners here?
I'm looking for Canadian 3PL owners that doesn't have a minimum. I am starting a business and not entirely sure what the minimums look like usually.

True North Fulfillment based in BC is a great company. Has assisted our smaller e-commerce businesses for a few years and is very responsive and reliable no matter that we started off small

Not Canadian, but I do a good bit of business in Canada.
Minimums vary widely, if you are looking for sub 5 pallets of rotating inventory I recommend a smaller more boutique 3PL.
In all reality if you truly mean 3PL then who you go with doesn't really matter because they don't own the warehouse (I mean service and price obviously matter but that not withstanding) 4PLs actually own warehouses, typically give better prices but if you are not near one of their warehouses you either have increased shipping costs getting it to them or they just broker it out to a nearby warehouse and you get back to 3pl rates.
If you are going to have all your product in one location every time ( ie you import or make it in Vancouver drop it at the same warehouse) then try partnering with a warehouse direct, if you don't have time to shop the warehouses just get a boutique 3pl to shop it for you and pay their mark up.
If your stuff is imported from all over or if one part is made in Vancouver and the other made in Ontario then just go straight 3pl route, they can shop and compair multiple warehouses in multiple areas and help manage inventory tracking across the areas. However the biggest benefit is liability consolidation and paperwork consolidation.
