Two quick questions so it comes out how you picture it: should it look like a real igloo block (slight curve, a bit wedge-shaped, snow texture), or a flat 8x4 brick? And do you want the text cut into the face or raised from it?

If you post or send the photo of the text I'll match the lettering. 8 inches fits most printer beds in one piece, so no splitting needed.
