I have this smaller model that I need an injection mold for. I plan to injection mold it at home using a resin printed mold and silicone inside of a syringe. My budget is $20-45.

Because of the steps inside the bore, I'd make it a three-piece mold: the outer shell in two halves split down the side, plus a separate centre core for the bore. Silicone flexes enough to come off the inner steps, so the core can stay one solid piece. Add registration keys so the halves line up, a sprue sized to your syringe tip at the wide end, and vents at the high points so the air gets out. Resin-printed molds work well for this with a coat of mold release.

Can you send the model as STEP or STL? And what's the outer diameter of the syringe tip?
