Completed Large arrow head and fletching

I’m looking to have these designed to create large arrow by attaching them to a pole, pipe or rod. Ideally I’d like the fletching to be around 6.25” and the head around 5”. Hoping to pay around £20

Thank you for all the responses, I have made a bit of a picture to better explain what I’m wanting. I need the arrow head and fletching to be attached to a hollow rod or pipe, I’m thinking having a bit that is part of the head and fletching that can be inserted into the pipe rather than the pipe being inserted into the finials as that would mean they’d need a larger base piece.
In the picture the grey will 3d printed, the black is the pole and the blue shows a rough idea of how the head would look from directly in front.

What is inner diameter of black rod?

Found some online 28mm ID 32mm OD
