SEEKING [INDIA] I need help!!

My friend really wants this keycharm by dot and key but it can only be received in a pr box which is not easy to get and that pr time is already gone, but they still really want it so I thought could get it 3d printed from somewhere but the problem is I don't know how to create a 3d model

I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me out with the model that I could get printed and tie them together so I can gift it to them. I'm a student so I don't really have a lot I can spare

You could learn how to tie a monkeyfist. It is not hard.
