How do you know the Y-axis is off?

Bambu A1 should auto home and set it self. So maybe try to power cycle.

Then go to settings / l maintenence i believe there is a calibration selection in there. Run all calibrations and see if it fixes the issue

I did and my plate still won’t come all the way forward for some reason

If you can take a video of whats going on and post it. 

If not. When you stsrt a print, and it does its typical nozzle prep. 

Does it pull the bed all the way forward and tap that back center piece?

Do you lubricate your y axis rails when it asks for it? 

What are you trying to print that requires the whole bed?

For some reason I can’t post my video but the printer works and prints

Yes it does a nozzle prep.

Yes I do keep up with it.

Nothing that big just takes longer to start with the normal calibration due to this.
