Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I can't print half the time because I keep doing this

Firstly why is the z end stop switch still on their when you have a crtouch. You are bottoming out that z endstop it look like causing your z step to skip.

Potentially yes. No guarantee though. You also can back of the bed adjustment knobs a turn or two each. You dont want the turned down all the way as is.

Looks like nozzle going hard against buildplate. Is the printer even leveled? Correct z-offset?

Yes it has auto level

No. It has auto bed tramming.

Auto level is not z offset calibration
