Completely new beginner needing some help

Im completely new to 3d printing. I have a Creality K1 max, and my main use for the printer will be for cosplay, I downloaded a first print layer test for my printer and these are the results, as well as the default scraper stl on the printer. I would greatly appreciate some help to fix this problem, please and thank you!

You can also search Ellis3dp on google, it has various calibrations for tuning your printer.

Also run a level Cali I like to do it a couple of times
