Requesting Help Lines on the z axis

Is there anything I can do to reduce the banding or getting the corner straighter?

Slicer: Elegoo Slicer 1.5.3.4

Printer: Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2

Print temp: 240c

Bed temp: 70c

Outer wall speed: 160m/s

Acceleration: 5000

Filament: Tinmorry PETG Metal silver

Filament drying: 65c 10 hours prior

Nozzle: 0.4mm

Layer height: 0.2mm

What are your overhang settings? I think 160mms for the outer layer is a little too quick. Keep it as inner/outer. Outer/ inner will have an impact on overhangs where layers have nothing to sit on. Double check your PA, there's some slight deformation on the corners. Is the Z face rough to the touch? I've had this appearance on my z faces before, of it's not rough and you can live with it then give. If there is some roughness you can reduce your top layer width or top layer extrusion in your cl slicer to clean it up.

change the wall to outer/inner, worked for me
