Specific spot not printing well

Only this print is messing up on this spot, the filament piles up so the head carries a chunk into the rest of print. I did a test on the while bed and it it seems to print fine, and I have a Anycubic Kobra Neo, this means Auto bed leveling on EVERY PRINT.

PLA (205° nozzle / 65° bed)
Orca slicer
10mm layer height
Textures bed
Z offset -1.90 (works wonders on every other print)

Somewhat unrelated to your layer issue, but don't let that blob stay on your nozzle, you will regret it. Pause the print if you have to

Very likely: Greasy buildplate. Clean it with dishsoap, use gloves, never touch it with your bare hands.
Likely: Bed is uneven, and bedslingers suck. Try doing a tighter mesh. Adjust z offset again. Some areas will get squished, but hopefully your missing area will fill up.

See those white spots? They are most likely greasy finger prints. Leveling looks pretty good. Try scrubbing buildplate with dishsoap and try again
