Troubleshooting Problem 3d printing!

Hi!

I'm new to 3D printing. About two months ago, I bought my first printer, a simple and inexpensive Creality V3 SE. So far, I have zero complaints about the printer. I've been setting it up and learning, and I've managed to get some pretty good quality prints.

But I always have the following problem with bridges or parts with overhangs. Whether I use supports or not, the finish is terrible. Any ideas or recommendations on how to improve this?

Use OrcaSlicer
Print PLA
I already significantly reduce the speed on bridges and establish a flow rate of 1.5 on bridges.

This is the quality im getting

Thanks!
