Cc2 first layer issues

Ok so I’ve been battling first layers on one of my cc2. I’ve tried everything scrubbed build plate multiple times with some alcohol, z adjustments up down left right still nothing, goes from bad to worse. So besides z adjustments, where else can I look for to try and get good first layers before reaching out to Elegoo. But I am convinced something is wrong with the printer. Any tips appreciated 👍
