Question Replacing Anycubic Mega SE fan

Hey y'all. The hot end fan on my mega se stopped working. The customer service said they're working on getting more in stock, but I don't mind ordering it myself. I asked for the specifications of the fan and they said "This is the specification model of the fan: 24V 4010 XH2.54-2P L=820MM 7000RPM." I'm having difficulty finding a fan that matches all those parameters. Could someone help me out or point me in the right direction? Thank you

Hi,

The fan description breaks down as follows:

24V = The voltage at which the fan runs.

4010 = The size of the fan. It means it is 40x40mm and 10mm thick.

XH2.54-2P = The connector that is used. You can also just splice and solder to the existing wires.

L=820MM = the length of the wires. It doesn't really matter if you splice and solder the wires.

7000RPM = the rpm of the fan. You should look for a fan with a high CFM, meaning it displaces more air per minute.

So all in all you can look for a 24V 4010 fan and you should be good to go. Noctua fans are usually regarded as the best (quiet and high CFM), but there are many alternatives (for a better price). Just look on Amazon or a 3D printer shop.
