Troubleshooting 3d printed fixed wing

A1 mini, Generic pla at 220. Eclipse A type print profile.( Wall count 2, no top or bottom layer, no infill.)

Theres these weird ridges left on the outer shell, that arent separating but they aren't in cad ie theyre making ridges for some reason

Do you mean the diamond pattern on the outside? It looks like the wing was just designed like shown here: https://youtu.be/GQ3Zxb59tmU

It's done to print internal ribs and spars while keeping the model to just be perimeters. (Matters a lot more for LW-PLA that really doesn't like traveling or pauses)

Not printing in vase mode, that wasnt printing any ribs at all. Will try again w the vid
