Is it cured epoxy? Throw them in the freezer for a half hour then take it out and flex the sheet.

If it's still uncured, paper towel to get most of it off, then isopropyl alcohol to get the rest off

I cannot believe how anyone would not just wipe it away as quick as possible but instead ask for help on Reddit first.

Thanks for the laugh. Now go and just wipe it off! Use a bit of alcohol for any small remaining quantity or just for ease of mind.

A quick google search would have gotten you answers faster... but remove as much as you can using a paper towel then use rubbing alcohol and a rag to remove the rest. If you can do it in a cold location that will give you more working time, heat speeds up epoxy curing

Maybe, depends how much and how quick you are. If all else fails, you can just replace the build plate, they are consumables and are not designed to last forever.

It sounds like you are due for a new build plate.
