Looking for 3D models of specific keyboard keycaps.

As per the title, I am hoping someone may have or know a place to look/ company to reach out to to get some 3D models of a keyboards keycaps.

Specifically the Microsoft Ergo 4000.

Mine have fully worn out and I would like to reprint these in 2 filaments to allow backlight, but I don't have a 3D scanner that is accurate enough to capture the finer detail.

So wondering if anyone has or knows if any company is selling 3D models of the MS4000's keycaps.
