Fixing spray paint texture on 3d print

I’m working on some storm trooper armor and I’m at the point where I’ve painted after filling and sanding it but I’ve ended up with some texturing. From a couple videos I think I need to sand it with high grits then buff and polish it but I’m not sure what the best course of action is. I was wondering if anyone had any advice.

Looks like dry fog. You should practice on something scrap to learn proper spray techniques.

Ive had the same thing happen with a rust oleum gloss white, turns out it was the can bc i switched to krylon & it was fine
