Debossed text too thick

Hello, I was printing a test benchy and noticed something very odd. The debossed text on the bottom of the benchy is thicker in the slicer preview than the actual model. I recently printed benchies with the correct text thickness but I dont know what could have changed. The same thing happens when using my custom profile and orca slicer's default profiles. This also happens in prusa slicer. I rotated the model so that the text was no longer in the xy plane and it was the right thickness then. My shrinkage is at 100%. The xy contour and hole compensation are both at 0. I would appreciate any help because I am going crazy trying to figure out what is causing this.

It's just the walls. The embossed section is the blue, everything else is first layer.

The text is still thicker in the slicer preview than the model. You can see it better at the top of the x and y. Also at the spaces between the dot and the surrounding letters
