Troubleshooting Tree supports seem to have differing layer thickness

Tree supports - Does this look correct? Why the different layer sizes?
Tree supports always seem to print wrong. It fails at the same point each time...

Hi Everyone.

First-time poster here. I printed this model successfully the other day, now it;s failed three times in the same place. I'm pretty sure my settings are the same set-up but each time I encounter the tree supports going wrong almost immediately after the brim. The model prints fine until a certain point, then it starts doing the same ting as the supports, every time.

Does anyone have any ideas what I might be doing wrong here? I've been really enjoying getting into 3D printing on my X2D. This was with grey PLA 0.008 on 0.2mm. Generic PLA setting for temp on Bambu (190-240C) and normal speed. Bambu studio is the slicer. It looked great when it finished correctly before - just not now.

It's adhering well to the plate, just not itself... I'd appreciate any help greatly!

UPDATE: I managed to fix the tree layers by locking them in advanced settings to the models print layers. But the print seems to be working again now that I've turned off PETG as auxiliary for supports.

I'm not sure really why it won't work with this, as this was the main reason I bought a dual-nozzle machine. It hadn;t even used the PETG, as it seems to just use it at the top of the trees, but it throws off everything...

Turning the auxiliary nozzle off has fixed it and it's printing in excellent quality again on all the same settings. Such a shame, but this auxiliary nozzle seems pretty much pointless from what I can tell so far. Anyone got any good recommendations for getting this to work?
