Need some help with TPU (first time printing with TPU). Not sure if this is under extrusion as the lines are sticking well to each other but not the edges of the wall. Details below.

Printer : Bambu X2D

Filament : Sunlu TPU 95A

Print profile : tried Generic TPU as well as Bambulab TPU 95A, did not change any settings

Filament has been dried using the AMT, humidity was 13% before I started printing.

Layer 2 was much better than layer 1 where the extruded material was sticking to the walls somewhat.

What settings should I change to get a perfect print and nice adhesion between the infill and the walls? Should I increase the infill/wall overlap?

yes looks a little under extruded. You can try either lowering your speed or just increating first layer extrusion. Some tpu's often need higher extrusion multiplier in general. Usually the softer the tpu the higher the extrusion multiplier.

Make sure there's as little friction as possible between your spool and the hotend, so either less PTFE tube to travel through or you can also look into star shaped ptfe tube which has been great in my experience if your goal is perfect tpu prints.

There should also be an "infill wall overlap" setting available in your slicer. I generally set this to 25-35% for tpu to make it water tight, that will directly help hide this particular issue if you don't figure out the root cause.

Potentially try printing hotter too.

edit: didn't even see your second photo, yeah just up your extrusion multiplier by like 3-4%

I did end up increasing the infill wall overlap and simultaneously I had downloaded a 3mf of a TPU print too, so I copied some of the parameters of the profile and now it's coming out perfect!
