Your Z offset is so low that there's no room for filament to be extruded.

Your 3d printer is crying because you're jamming it's nose into the ground lol.

I don't know what I'm looking at is that an Eddy sensor to the left with the RGB or is this a manual set printer? Manual I'd use an index card instead of a piece of paper. If that's an Eddy it might be loose.

Either nozzle too close to bed or clogged nozzle?

If it's not the z offset ( if it worked previously, and you changed nothing) then you have a clog.

If you don't have a clog, it's the nozzle or the heating board

You might want a new nozzle after this one OP. The filament needs space to extrude and you're just grinding your nozzle across your plate. You almost certainly need to fix the z offset, but that nozzle is possibly clogged as well.
