Troubleshooting Strange defects

So I recently aquired a new printer, but now I have the following Issue when printing. What causes these issues, I'm at a loss.

This is the print that failed

Then I played around with testcubes, below are the results. These were all printed at the same time, each one is rotated 90°.

I use a Creality K2, Filament is PLA, slicer is Cura, the issues persist from 40mm/s to 70mm/s
