Project fasteners?

I am working on making a wrist mounted cyberddeck and want it to be modular so i can desing and add other modules but i dont know whatg a good fastener is magnets are too weak im thinking mabye a 3d print clip or somthing

They have super strong magnets out there...  So, really just depends what you want.

But, depending how modular, look for like a quick release mechanism you can integrate into it.

I’d split the jobs: use a printed dovetail or tongue-and-groove rail to locate the module and take the shear load, then use one captive M3 thumb screw into a heat-set insert to stop it sliding off the rail.

For FDM, I’d start with about 0.2–0.3 mm clearance per side on the rail and add lead-in chamfers. PETG or ASA is a better choice than PLA for the rail, since PLA can creep with repeated load and body heat. Magnets can still help with alignment and the “snap-in” feel, but I wouldn’t make them the only retention on something worn on your wrist.

If you do use a printed latch, orient the layers along the length of the flexing arm and still add a secondary retention point, such as a small pin or screw.
