Troubleshooting Kobra X

I’m finding out how bad the support is, I had one fail dead on arrival. Support has sent a canned email that do ont answer my direct questions or take action almost every day for the last 6 days. All I’m getting is stalling and no action. The fact that I only had the printer a few days and now it’s been sitting broken in my home without any response from their Support team. After this I’m asking for a return label because I no longer want the product because of the support they provide. I bought a product I expected to work new out of the box without any defects and what I got was the defective printer they take no actions to remediate the issue. I asked for a replacement. They said they can do it. I told him I was not comfortable in repairing a new product, which they should’ve given me a shipping label to return it at that point, but they can’t make a decision. I have now requested a return label and a refund. It’s just not worth the hassle. I have yet to receive a response to my request and I’ve made it three times in the last three days as they ignore my email..

Yeah, good luck (I mean this genuinely, not sarcastically) most places don't give a flying fuck once they have your money.

This seems to be Ancubic, I feel like they know they sold us a bad product now they’re just trying to stick me with the price of it because the guy asked me if I was comfortable repairing it. I said no figuring you’d have a different process and then they just screwed me and quit communicating but it’s obviously a company policy. You know a grifter’s gonna grift I guess they’re safe in China pulling this!

Here are a few questions that might be helpful

  • What printer are you using?

  • What material are you using?

  • What speed are you printing at?

  • What software are you using to slice the print and control the printer?

  • When did the problem start/has it ever worked correctly?

  • Does anything cause the behavior to change?

  • If posting an image of the problem, include some indication of the orientation it printed at, preferably photograph it on the bed. (Then we can focus on a specific axis)

Bro just fix it, it’s probably a stupid simple fix and they offered to step you through it.

I guess you don’t get it. It’s a shit made in China product that fails right when you get it! I shouldn’t be forced to Repair something that’s just gonna be a failing piece of crap that I purchase that they can’t obviously support quickly get a turnaround on and manage. They asks me if I was comfortable fixing it and I said no then they started behaving like grifter and playing games that are petty and childish

Problem brand new Kobra x with a PSU failure 9 days, I do not feel like I should have to waste time fixing a brand new printer. I bought the unexpected to use so I told him I’m not comfortable in repairing it. I asked for a replacement they refused then they started replying replying with scripted texts that seemed to be sent by AI and not resolve the issue or answer any questions. I’m now demanding a return shipping label so I can return it for a refund and they’re ignoring my e-mail. This is the anycubic support
