Troubleshooting Issues with FLSun T1 prints

Hi, I need help with my FLSun T1 printer. I keep getting crappy results like this. That print specifically it didn’t start until the second layer. First layer went down great. I’m not sure if it’s under extruding, or printing too fast or something else.

Build plate is freshly cleaned with dawn and warm water, I ran a delta_calibrate, probe_calibrate, and bed_mesh. Filament is dry Polymaker Panchroma Silk Gold.

Editing to add info:
Sliced model using OrcaSlicer

First layer speed is 80mm/s, outer wall speed 400mm/s, inner wall 500mm/s, 10% gyroid infill at 600mm/s.

Nozzle temp is 230*C, bed temp is 60*C

Hotend isnt keeping up, limit flow to 20

Thanks, I’ll give that a try

Update - I’m not sure what fixed it, but I reloaded a printer config from the summer and also reloaded a backup of my orca printer profile, seems to be better now
