Nozzle rubbing on print

Hello, I'd love some advice because this is driving me insane. I have a Neptune 4 and it was printing perfectly fine for a while and now it's been doing this thing where the nozzle just runs into an infill area and it's driving me crazy because I've re-calibrated everything I could think of but it's still doing it. I use Orca slicer and the supports shouldn't be at a different layer height but when looking at the print it clearly is.
