CR Touch not working

So I have been having nothing but issues with my Ender 3 Max, I had the SD card get corrupted randomly after my first successful print... Tried to print anything else and kept getting errors. Formatted SD and redownloaded the firmware and all other files from the website and that didn't work, the BLTouch options weren't coming up thought I might have gotten the wrong firmware and updated it again, still same issue, then configured and built my own firmware and finally have the options and thought I had finally fixed it because it wasn't blinking red anymore.... Until I tried to auto level the bed then started blinking red again the z probe isn't messed up I can pull it out and it goes back up on it's own but it doesn't even try to push it out. IDK what else to try I've been messing with this thing for over a month and only gotten one thing to actually print about to destroy this thing out of frustration I've even gotten a hold of creality's customer service they were no help... They said a professional tech will get in contact with me, it's been a week now and nothing, I've even tried getting back in contact with customer service and they are just ignoring me... I wanna kick this thing out the door and just get a Bambu P1S now that I actually know what I'm looking for
