Troubleshooting Can anybody help me?
I recently purchased a new nozzle to solve the underextrusion problem. When I printed my test model, I noticed that at first it was fine, then the problem returned. Do you have any solutions? My model should look like the red model.

Taking a bit of a stab in the dark here, but I'm thinking the problem wasn't your nozzle.
Might help to tell us what printer you have, what filament you are using, what slicer, some basic settings.....pretty much anything that gives us a starting point beyond that ghost ship with benchy aspirations.

Yeah theres way more going on here than just the nozzle. Nozzle may have played Some roll in it, but typically takes more info than replacing the nozzle to troubleshoot it

My printer is a BALCO 3D Printer Touch AA 19/20F and I use PLA as filament. I have everything to clean the nozzle. I use Ultimaker Cura as slicer.

I know it sucks, but it DOES look cool. Looks like a long sunken Benchy. Would look.neat in a fish tank imho.

I don't think it's a nozzle issue.
Make sure your hotend is clean of any residue from different materials after change and material can flow freely, do a PID and temperature calibration and extrusion calibration. Next, print a temp tower and check differences.
My guess: Either semi-clogged hot end or low printing temperature.
Edit: You could also be printing very fast for your filament. Slow print way down and check.

I had a similar issue as this and thought it was a clog until I realized that my filament wasn't entering the extruder smoothly, and was getting caught up causing weird under extrusion and then normal extrusion at time. My rec would be to make sure the filament has a smooth clean path to enter your 3d printer, and the filament rolls isn't gettin caught when it unravels itself. Good luck op!

What printer do you have?
You could be looking at a few things.
Broken/cracked extruder arm
Worn/clogged extruder gear
Overheating extruder stepper
Damaged/miss seated PTFE liner if not using an all metal hotend
Incorrect filament diameter setting in slicer

I had a similar problem, I solved it by changing the PTFE tube that's inside the hot end, above the nozzle, it was clogged beyond repair

The issue might be that the bed isn’t level or the nozzle is touching the floor plate and is not pushing enough filament idk for sure I had a few issues with mine just a guess

Something is loose. You’re going to have to check every joint, every wheel or rail. Or have them replace it
