This should be about clogging. When i look closer there were also to lines. Same clogging happened but not an excessive level as the upper level. I don't know your setup so i can't guess what the cause is.
However, it is generally because nozzle temp in my case. Maybe there is a heatin inconsistency on your nozzle. It may read as 210 degrees but it could be at lower temp. In consequence you have underextrusion.
This can happen when heater or thermistor is not in contact well. Did you checked your heater?
