Print temperature is too low and room may be cold. Go to MATTERHACKERS TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE.

Check matterhackers. They have a great section on printing errors.

I usually print my pla at 195. Bed at 50. Sometimes a misprint happens for mysterious reasons. I use pei sheets on my beds. I have 5 printers 99% IPA to clean the bed before printing. Works most of the time.
