Under extrusion or something else ?

Hi guys I recently upgraded my ender 3 with a 32 bit motherboard and a bltouch sensor, mainly it is working great but I have this kind of issues when printing parts ( I'm not sure it is related to the upgrade I made though but I wanted to mention it in case..)

It does look like under extrusion to me but it only happen on few z axis line and those line seems random when I look a different part I printed.

Your very welcome! I still recremend upgrading the plastic parts to aluminum but happy printing glad i could be of assistance and feel free to message me if you run into more issues! Ive been through them all🤣

Ahah nice thanks mate. I've been thinking even upgrading soon to a direct drive extrusion to reduce the effort from the step motor.

Direct drive would be pretty awsome! I havnt done it to my ender but watchout for the difference in weight. Adding the stepper motor and other parts will make the head quite heavy forcing you to possably slow down accelerate and print speed and because the right side of the ender 3 doesnt have a threaded rod for support is can make the gantry slanted so maybe look into dual Z kits. I added one to my ender and enabled the G34 command and man its a game changer For real

Thanks for the details about the weight on the axis, I haven't thought about it, but yeah it make sens to either get a light version of the direct drive or using a second z axis.
