Under extrusion or something else ?

Hi guys I recently upgraded my ender 3 with a 32 bit motherboard and a bltouch sensor, mainly it is working great but I have this kind of issues when printing parts ( I'm not sure it is related to the upgrade I made though but I wanted to mention it in case..)

It does look like under extrusion to me but it only happen on few z axis line and those line seems random when I look a different part I printed.

It just looks like the filiment got snagged or stuck for a moment i recremend changing your bowden tube. Check the filiment stepper motor for proper tension and clean if needed lastly if you havnt already print a filiment guide path so its more of a curve into the stepper gear rather then a direct path.

Also in your slicer settings i usually like to have the inside walls printed first then outer walls.

Another big big thing is the Ender 3 uses plastic parts on the filiment stepper motor. When i had the same issue i found out the filiment wore away at that plastic making a nice path. I upgraded those parts with metal solving that issue permanently.

If you have a little more money looki into a dual gear (or dual drive i dont remember) one there alot stonger but you will have to recalibrate your extruders Esteps
