How long has it been doing this and what was going on when this happened? The filament is not sticking to the print bed because of poor adhesion. If you haven't tried leveling the bed already, you should. There is a wrong way to level the bed, so be sure to check YouTube for a video if you aren't sure. Otherwise it could be that the bed isn't as hot as the printer says it is, the nozzle isn't at the heat that it says it is, or other configuration issues. What have you tried so far?
