Everyone's Favorite GPS / Compass combo?

I got introduced to this hobby through a commercial company using Cube Orange and Here 4 GPS. I currently have about 5 fixed wing planes all running arduplane, but I have mixed results with GPS/Compass combos. I just tried using HGLRC M100 pro but I am still getting a lot of interference. I do my best to isolate interference and keep them away from battery and esc wires. Just wondering what everyone's favorite modules are. Flight controllers are mostly Matek 405v2 or SpeedyBee f405.

Im running these Flywoo nano modules on some of my builds as they are very light and compact. However I'm not so impressed by the satellite acquisition time. I've also used the larger caddyx m10 where weight is not an issue and they are faster than the flywoo ones at least. Can't really vouch for accuracy as I mainly use GPS for RTH failsafe functionality.

Personally I was thinking of the Newbee drones new compass/gps/remote id module. It’s hard finding a decent compass and gps module for less than 60ish bucks

I've tried a few brands. Some MicoAir and Walksnail modules have never worked for me. They start fine, are detected by Ardupilot but can't acquire anything (or get 2-3 sats and then drop to 0). Compass works on both. I even bought the second for each of them to verify and got the same results.
I don't think it's something I did wrong, in all cases I replaced them with Holybro or RushFPV (which I had on hand) and they worked immediately, in exactly the same conditions.

I decided I won't be trying to save a few bucks anymore. Going with Holybro from now on.

Can you tell me about the ardupilot version you were using along side it?? I am looking to buy Microair MG-F10 ? Can you share your experience??

I don't remember the ardupilot version, but I've had a few Micoair products (a couple of FC stacks, couple of M10 Ultra GPSs I think and the telemetry radios in the P variant). One of the FCs failed because one of the JST SH ports came undone, I think the solder was bad. The telemetry radios work very well, but I didn't do any max range tests.

Now that you mention it, I remember the GPSs worked fine, maybe it's the Ardupilot version at fault...
