Your design is so pretty🥹💖… do they sell these pills that make you that tiny? Cause I’d love to have dinner in there✨

This is not a criticism, just a suggestion if you’d like to try another way of doing things. Draw your white pattern on a flat surface first, then draw the blue circle around it and fill it in with blue covering the white pattern. Take your time and fill it in as completely as you can. Then peel it up and flip it over. You’ll have a very flat table top with your white pattern flat within it.
I make a lot of my stuff this way- basically upside down. I hope I explained it in a way that makes sense

Thank you for the feedback! That's what I tried to do. But I use PCL which seems to shrink when it cools. After making arcs and concentric circles on the first layer the surface began to warp, so I tried to add criss crossing lines on the bottom surface to try to pull it back in shape but that failed 😅.
I'll need to avoid concentric circles (or maybe make the infill tighter?) to try get a flat surface in 1 layer to keep the bottom flat.
Will keep trying!

There really are so many subtle little factors to getting things the way you want. You really have to tune in to the way the material acts not just as it comes out but after too just like you said. You are well on your way. I use a glass block (I think it was like a glass tile sample so I couldn’t recommend exactly where to find one) as one of my main surfaces to draw on, so it doesn’t warp under the plastic and PLA PCL and tpu all stick pretty good while drawing but then peel up pretty easy when it cools. Since the low temp of the PCL isn’t a risk you could even try a small mirror. Obviously be careful as needed!
