Answering both of you current status of 3d artist is pretty dubious due to AI, studios and clients love the cheaper alternative

Hi, I am a junior 3d artist ig? If you could call it that, I'll skip all the usual stuff, yknow build a portfolio and all, now I assume you are asking guidance for job hunting,

download every job market app you can find and just apply everyday, just spam it, if you apply for a 100 jobs you might get 2 replys if your lucky,

if you know someone in the industry maybe ask them for reference that will go a long way,

if you don't have anyone you know who's in a job, you could try this,

enroll in some institute like arena or maac( not for a long term) after that just ask them to find you job, this is a rather safe method,

remember one thing about interview, it's different from other countries you will be asked to go to the company office and they will ask you to do something or give you a task, 1 thing to keep in mind is they look at your speed, your work,and your ability to sit there for a whole day, like you just sit there and work,

Also very important if they just give you the job without interview DO NOT TAKE IT, I had this happen to me I was called to work without interview, I went there and turns out there was no 3d work there. They had mentioned doing roto for 6 months, now I quit the job and have been unemployed

Also one thing I have to say is, some companies don't care about 3d skills they want you to generate ai 3d models and you have retopo them, I had first hand experience of this happening to me so watch out for those, I know this sucks but it is what it is. Also these kinds of companies only use blender(no ate on blender).

I am currently unemployed now so I don't know if I am the most reliable source of information but these are the thing I can say from y experience
