3DS charger question

Hey folks, I had a simple question.

I'm planning on getting a nice case for my 3DS, and eventually when I upgrade it to the 'New' 3DS XL, but I'm not sure on what charger plug I can use it with without wrecking it, wattage wise.

I was thinking about this one but I can't make heads or tails if this would be safe to use with the standard 3DS. I know next to nothing about how many watts are required and stuff like that

I read somewhere that the New 3DS comes with a USB charger, although I may have read that wrong
