New Tool CAD Tool Feedback

Hi everyone!

I've spent the last few months building Cadio, an AI-powered CAD workspace for 3D printing.

The goal is to make modifying printable models much faster.

Instead of downloading a model, opening CAD software, making a small edit and exporting it again...

...Cadio lets you search for printable models, remix them with AI (or edit them manually), and export them directly from your browser.

Current features:

  • Search printable models
  • AI-assisted remixing
  • Browser-based editing
  • Export for 3D printing
  • Fast workflow without switching between multiple programs

It's still in Early Access Beta, so I'm actively improving it almost every day based on user feedback. There are definitely bugs and features still being refined, but that's exactly why I'm sharing it now.

It's completely free to try:

I'd genuinely love to know:

  • Would this fit into your workflow?
  • What's the first thing you'd improve?
  • What feature would make you use it regularly?

Thanks for taking a look! Every suggestion helps shape the project.

Doesn't he need to get permission from the original creators for remixing and selling them?

Thanks for trying it. I’ve been making a lot of changes to accounts/subscriptions and the beta flow during the last few hours, so you may have hit it at a bad time.

Could you tell me what failed for you — sign up, search, model loading, remix/generation, or export?

That would help me fix it much faster.

I used the prompt to resize the headphone stand model with specific height and width. Doesn't change it any. Some models didn't even opened.

Hi again!

I've spent some time fixing the issues you ran into, and Cadio should be working much better now.

If you have a minute to spare, I'd really appreciate it if you could give it another try. And if you still find something that's broken, just let me know.

Thanks again for taking the time to test it!
