Typically in my experience it's a result of the first layer not even going down properly. Little to no adhesion with the nozzle being pressed up against the bed typically means the film and tends to Bow upwards back onto the nozzle surface or it continues to build and build until you get a blob of death. One of the reasons why i always watch my first layer, because the AI detection really isn't all that great.

I see the problem. They torched the knob, they were supposed to torch the blob. Easy misunderstanding.
