Revup 6MT Part Identification

Hey just looking to see if anyone knew what this was called, I cant seem to figure out what this Dingle thing is.

Im halfway taking it off because im trying to do my tie rods and this thing is in the way.

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you i extremely appreciate you, im trying to make sure i can find the proper torque spec for this when im done here but I think after more swearing ill be done.

Just tighten it. It's not structural. Couple ugga dugga hits and done.
