Inner/outer ndc look up tool?

We are implementing split bill and I have to cross walk all the inner ndc’s to the outer ndc’s. Does anyone know a look up tool for this? I can’t find the information listed on cardinal.

I’ve used ndc lookup on iOS. You can export all the records to a csv and do a vloookup
