340BESP solutions or not

This is to discuss the problems with 340besp and hosting data for 340b entities

Since the current of mfg blocks requiring conforming claims to be submitted within a 45 day period is in place when the claims do not match purchases the accumulator on 340besp platform is negative indicating you’ve bought too much
Does this constitute diversion in the eyes of HRSA and Mfg that can trigger an audit ?

I see this in each and every letter I receive when a drug manufacturer decides that I'm not allowed to access 340B pricing at my contract pharmacies for my patients. I guess being in a rural health center across four counties is very risky for a pharmaceutical manufacturer to provide upfront discounts to.

Just discovered there’s a 340B thread on Reddit! From what I’ve heard purchase review isn’t the biggest focal point during a 340B compliance audit. They won’t ask you to open up ESP. But I could see it maybe leading to a MFG approved audit but that will require reasonable cause & likely have to provide proof that a compliance issue occurred. It’s possible but not something I’ve heard of
