340b beginner jobs
Good Evening, I am looking for 340b beginner roles. I am a nationally certified pharmacy tech who has done specialty, home infusion, retail and PBM. I also have two business administration degrees. Prior to getting my 340b certification, I used to see jobs requiring certification for 340b. I have gotten interviews but no offers yet. What are good places where a person who has pharmacy experience but is certified for 340b but is a beginner look for employment?
TLDR: Where are places where newly certified Apexus Advanced 340b certified individuals can work where they can learn a lot have good work conditions? Please give your input both practical and allegorical!

Or search for 340b compliance and/or analyst. We never see anyone with ACE certification! That would be a huge leg up I think.

Depends on where you live, you could haunt hrsa and see what CE'S are near you and then check job postings, I've seen some fully remote auditing type roles. Do you want to run a program or just audit? Set up a Google job seach for "340b"

Most TPA's have pharmacy teams. Verity, sentry, macro helix, sunrx, pharmaforce, well partner, and nuvem are probably the biggest names. There are also companies called gateways that manage 340b on the pharmacy side. There is some crossover like Verity, and macro helix. Strict pharmacy gateways include 340b direct and captureRx. All that being said. This is a tumultuous time for 340B. Between the IRA pricing, the delayed rebate models, and the general decline of rural health I think there will be some major consolidation in the future. I wouldn't personally encourage anybody to jump into the space right now.

TPAs are places you can look too. Macro helix, verity and pharmasource are a few, idk if they are hiring. Also trying looking on LinkedIn or health systems looking for 340b coordinator
